Whats the best treatment for my acne?
Posted by admin
The bumps are fairly tiny and light pink to light reddish in color. They are mainly on my forhead and chin. They don’t contain pus but are sometimes tender. I think the medical term for them would be papules. What would be the best way to get rid of them? I’ve been washing twice a day with Neutrogena oil free acne wash for a week. Is this going to work with time. How long? Is there anything better you can suggest to me? Thanks!

Limit diary, red meat and sugar. It is extreme but it totally works. Drink more water and exercise. Continue with washing your face 2x a day. Keep your hair clean and away from your face and keep your pillow clean also. Proactive is too harsh. Read about dairy and acne connection online.

Just washing alone is’nt enough..you’ll need to tone and moisturise as well..and of course, to use a spot clearing cream..that way, you could target those spots and it’ll work faster..i think clearasil spot clearing cream works really well and it won’t dry out your skin especially like products that contain benzoyl peroxide..
