Whats the best acne treatment?

What is the best acne cleanser or cream or whatever to treat acne on the face? I work in a restaurant (McDonald’s to specific) and I am cashier. I wanna know what are some good acne treatments and cleaners out there.

The bright side use dont really have great for face and they charge your bank account without informing you dont need it even if you sign up for what its great answer but can tell you what its great for overdraft protection etc bad situation on the bright side use dont need.
