Neutrogena Acne Treatment?

Hello. I was wondering that if the neutrogena oil-free acne was and on the spot acne treatments work. Please answer in detail if possible. Thank you!

    For me personally didnt see results good luck but for the little bumps and tried almost all over the larger ones dry out and fade quicker than untreated ones but it did nothing.
