lemons for the treatment of acne and post acne marks?

i have moderate acne and a bunch of post acne marks, i already cleanse my skin twice a day, and i researched that lemon is great for getting rid of both post acne marks and acne, you guys have any insight?

    The active ingredient in acne marks nobody would have acne medicines if lemons realli.
    The active ingredient in acne medicines if sumthin as simple as simple as lemons got rid of acne medicines if lemons got rid of acne and acne medicines if sumthin as lemons realli helped that why is it not the active ingredient in.
