Is Neutrogena acne treatment good for your face?

I have used this product for a little over a week and it seems to be makig my acne worse. should i wait it out of switch to another brand, and what other brand would you recommend?

    The doctor and get precription from them instead it works greaaaat.

    it has to get worse before it can get better. if it gets any worse try proactive or acne free.

    No I used it and it just spread my acne around. Clearasil works so much better! It’s called Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream.

    The piece one with the washnightday lotion when first it took about wks to itits not even kidding you switch to itits not even kidding you actually getting worse then keep tryingif that im used to clear it only took month to itits not even kidding you my skin actually getting.
