I need some treatment for acne and dark eye baggage? Does Arbonne work?

I have pimples that keep appearing on my chin area. I have been using Neutrogena Oil-Free Daily Face Scrub and it has been working for my face except for my chin area. Has anyone used Abonne Clear Advantage and would recommend it? I also have dark under eye circles. Should I use Preperation H or Olay Regenerist products?

For acne used it cleared up my skin now and my skin is still clear advantage is if you might check out the eye cream really helps with.
