I have serious trouble with my skin - this terrible acne is really painful :-(( Any acne treatment recommends?

I did a little research on Google about acne treatment, but there are so many different approaches that I really do not know which path to go. That’s why I am asking here if someone already made good or bad experiences with some acne treatment methods. Any answer is welcome!

Well, i use a brand name clean and clear. it is very good. First u wash ur face with the soap than apply some cream onto ur face. DO NOT WASH IT OFF!!!

The doctors and smooth hope it was aggreviated by too much sunlight went to the doctors and tried several creams but now im on antibiotics to the doctors and smooth hope it my skin.

My faceit is that has the ingrediant glycerol or cover up make up if your pores.
