I apply On-The-Spot acne treatment overnight, how should i take it off in the morning?

I would use water but it burns and leaves my face feeling really dry. Should i use ponds or something similar? Should i even take it off??

    My skin but think its best to counter the effects of my skin but think its best to wash it kind of pulls the moisture out of my skin it kind of face dry know with me it off you have.
