does tribulus affect Bactrim acne treatment?

i have been bodybuilding for about 3 years now and about 4 months ago i started taking tribulus terrestris to help with my workouts… i recently got prescribed bactrim for my acne and i was just wondering if it was safe to take them both still? i asked my doctor and he said he didnt really know… has anybody had any experince with tribulus and acne treatment?
