Does anyone know a really good acne treatment or mask?

I’ve been having problems with this lately and I don’t know why. I think I’ve been stressing about school or something, because I’ve been searching the web, and that’s what it sounds like to me. People say that diced apples and honey work great as a mask, but could someone please explain WHY?

    fruit is full of water and so it pulls out the bad stuff from your pores, honey makes you soft. Also, I really like avocado and Oatmeal masks. Yellow part of the egg.
