Apple cider vinegar has been a home remedy for a long time for a myriad of health issues. Allergies, colds, sore throat, arthritis, etc.

Using it as a cure for acne usually works if the acne is from contact dermatitis, not so much for systemic acne. Meaning, if you are breaking out from being allergic to something you touched, it will help greatly. If you are breaking out for other reasons, you may not have as much success.

Try washing your face twice daily with a sulfate-free cleanser (not soap), stay away from greasy foods, don't touch your face often, keep hair away from your face, drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fresh fruits (antioxidants), disinfect your phone(s), and wash your pillow cases often with dye-free and fragrance-free products.
