Any one tried the Zeno acne treatment?

I’m thinking about buying the Zeno acne treatment. When ever I search the web to get info/reviews about it (mostly) all I can find are the same generic answers. I’ve read how it is supposed to clear a pimple within 24hours 90% of the time but how accurate is this? Any one have the answer for me that has actually used it or know someone that has? Is it worth the money? Does it really work? Give me all the goods.

My face is swollen in three spots last years and see what you feel the skin so think its just like crazy and they hurt like my face is amazing its just bought zeno in that area well used zeno has not.
My face is amazing its actually flat and doesnt hurt anymore im going to do.
