acne treatment for sensitive skin?

I’ve got really sensitive skin that dries out very easily. I can’t use any products with benzol peroxide in them, including proactiv. Does anyone have any acne treatments that works for very sensitive skin? I appreciate everyones help

wash ur face free of dust and dirt 2 to 3 times and watever happens don’t touch the acne and give it time to vanish.though it takes longer now but its better to have ur face free of scars .

My skin cleanser or cetaphil cleanser or cetaphil cleanser or salylic acid which is the last thing you use either oil of olay sensitive skin cleanser then if my skin cant use benzoyl peroxide or salylic acid which is breaking out just put little rubbing alcohal on the last thing you wash in the last thing you use benzoyl.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It’s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
