acne treatment? cheap, fast and VERY effective?

ok- i no it mite be gross and all but i REALLY need a GOOD acne treatment that works fast, and not (too) expensive, so far ive been using Zyporex, which was $30.00 a bottle and if you use it ALOT for lik 4 weeks it starts working a little, but anyone no a REALLY REALLY good one?

apparently proactive is supposed to work wonders. i know you want cheep but this stuff is crazy expensive.. honestly i know about 3 people who use it and there faces are pretty clean

The generic version is only 10 bucks for acne and girls and it is only 10 bucks for girls have to be on birth control works craaazzzy good with insurance.
