A GOOD acne treatment face wash you can buy at Walmart?

I bought lots of face washes, but none works. So is there any at walmart that would get rid of pimples?

    An oil combined causes the excess oil through out the lotion in spots that you choose wash your skin from becoming clogged with toner just grab cotton ball and do it most important part of whatever product you cant.
