Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

I’ve been using Dial antibacterial soap, and my skin feels very clean and refreshed after I use it, but I was wondering if Dove soap would be any better.

I don’t want to use benzoyl peroxide because I simply do not want to risk getting skin cancer and trade tiny pimples for skin cancer.

Does anyone have experience with the Exposed acne treatment? The guarantee they offer makes me want to try it.
