Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

I have acne everywhere
back, chest, face, shoulders.

and im really embarrassed cause i cant go out without makeup, i cant wear a cute top that shows my back or else everyone will see my acne. is there anything the dermatologist can do for this? please help…any reccomendations?
