Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

i have the Clean and Clear maximum persa-gel acne treatment and have been using it for 1 month. Does acne treatment just get rid of the bacteria or does it also get rid of the bumps and redness becuase they dont seem to be going away.

what should i use to get rid of acne bumps and redness?

Hi, in fact I have an oily skin and mild acne. I’ve tried almost every drugs and spent a huge sum of money but in vain. Could you tell me please if there’s any natural treatment for mild acne please.
