Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

I’m reading about this treatment called photodynamic acne treatment or ALA/PDT that doctors claim is very effective on severe acne and i would like to know if anyone has had it done and if the results are as good as they are claimed to be. please let me know i have already scheduled an appointment and it is expensive i really dont want to spend more money if it’s not worth it . thanks.

i have tried everything… yes everything and i dosnt work for me i do it like it says to follow all the dircetions and just wont work, i have tried proactiv worksstoped my acne but now and then i get a pimple but what i have is scaring from all my old pimples… please help me!!!

I put on some acne spot treatment cream last night and when i woke up and washed my face. I had all these dark spots when i put the cream what can I do to get rid of them asap?!
