Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

I’ve been using Dial antibacterial soap, and my skin feels very clean and refreshed after I use it, but I was wondering if Dove soap would be any better.

I don’t want to use benzoyl peroxide because I simply do not want to risk getting skin cancer and trade tiny pimples for skin cancer.

i just really want to get rid of the acne at my back..
i don’t get why i don’t have pimples on my face but i got a lot on my back..
