Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

It’s really weird, because my skin was always SO oily.
But now it’s all tight and weird.
The acne’s going away, but my skin’s all dried out.
How can I make my skin normal, but not oily?

I dont really have like horrible acne, but I do get a lot of pimples all the time, and you’ll never find my face without atleast 5. What is the best face wash/acne treatment to get rid of this?
