Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

I really need to know if it will work, and how long it will take to work. Can I USE IT WITH THE NEUTROGENA DEEP CLEAN CLEANSER. If i use it with the deep clean cleanser which product should i use first?

I got ance usally around my ****** and forhead.I used proactiv but it doesnt seem to be that good of a product any other ones that are better & more effective to use?
