Acne Treatment Solution and Prevention

please dont say proactive it made me break out even worse

so what acne treatments would be the best for me? price is no issue

I have really oily skin and a bad case of acne…i have tried the clearasil ultra line and the neutrogena products, as well as noxema…none of them seem to work very well. I have gotten perscription spot treatments but they make me break out even more! Does anyone have any advice?
